重庆某住宅小区能耗特征与节能潜力研究

采用调研的方法对重庆某居住小区的用能状况进行了研究，研究表明：冬季绝大部分居住者会将空调温度设置到高于标准规定，而夏季大多数居住者会将空调温度设置到标准规定的区间内；小区用电量和用气量具有季节分布特征；同时，从人员行为和可再生能源应用两个方面对该小区进行节能潜力分析。该研究对重庆地区居住建筑能耗分析和节能改造具有指导意义。

Research on Energy Consumption Characteristics and Energy Saving Potential of a Residential Area in Chongqing

In this paper, research on the energy-using situation using the method of investigation for a residential area in Chongqing. This study showed that：most of the occupants set the temperature of air conditioners to higher than the temperature specified in the standard in winter, while most of the occupants set the temperature of air conditioners to the specified range of the standard in summer; The number of electricity consumption and gas consumption has seasonal distribution characteristics in the residential area. Meanwhile, its energy saving potential is analyzed from two aspects of the occupant behavior and renewable energy applications. The research has guiding significance for energy consumption analysis and energy conservation transformation of residential building in Chongqing.
