摘    要:壳寡糖因具有多种生物活性,成为国内外研究的热点,其制备技术是壳聚糖产业研究开发的重点领域。壳寡糖的制备方法主要有化学法、酶解法和综合法。本文对壳寡糖的制备方法及其作用机理进行了综述。

Abstract:Chitooligosaccharide, which is a kind of bioactive substance with diverse biological activities, has attracted considerable interests in this research field. The correlating preparation technology is the focus of the chitosan industry field. Chitooligosaccharides were prepared from chitin or chitosan by enzyme hydrolysis method, chemical method and combination method thereof. Herein the technology and mechanism was reviewed relating to chitooligosaccharide preparation.
