纳米铜/碳纳米管修饰电极测定双酚A

摘    要:实验制备了纳米铜/碳纳米管/Nafion膜修饰电极。研究了在修饰电极上双酚A的电化学特性。实验采用循环伏安法研究双酚A的电化学行为,研究发现在pH值为7.0的PBS缓冲溶液中,双酚A的浓度与峰电流值在2.0×10-7~2.0×10-5mol/L范围呈现良好的线性关系,最低检测限3.3×10-8mol/L。用此电极对实际样品中双酚A的含量进行了测定,效果满意。

Determination of Bisphenol A with Copper Nanoparticles/Carbon Nanotubes Modified Electrode

Abstract:The glassy carbon electrode was modified by copper nanoparticles/carbon nanotubes and nation. The electrochemical characteristics of Bisphenol A on modified electrode were studied. CV was used to study the electrochemical behavior and the content of Bisphenol A in samples that were determined. The results showed that in the PBS buffer solution(pH =7.0) , the concentration of Bisphenol A within 2. 0 × 10-7 -2.0 × 10-5 mol/L presented a good linear relationship with the stripping peak current, and the detection limit was 3.3 × 10-8 mol/L with good effect.
