摘    要:以6-氨基己酸和邻苯二甲酸酐为原料反应得到前驱体6-(1,3-二氧代异吲哚啉-2-基)己酸达到保护保护氨基的目的。该前驱体再与铁盐反应生成含有氨基前体的金属前驱体6-(1,3-二氧代异吲哚啉-2-基)己酸合铁。通过高温热解法合成了油溶性Fe3O4磁性纳米粒子,再通过水合肼还原去保护获得了水溶性和氨基功能化的Fe3O4纳米粒子。在此基础上,探索了该纳米粒子在磁共振成像造影剂中的应用。

The Synthesis and Application of Water Soluble Fe3O4 Nanoparticles

Abstract:Fe3 04 nanoparticles, which were prepared under the premise of 6 - ( 1,3 - dioxo isoindoline) hexanoie acid as precursor based on thermal decomposition of phthalimides - protected precursor and following by deprotection, was described. The thin coating layer and small particle size of the prepared MNPs also result dramatically increased of relaxivity of nanoparticles. These results opened new ways for the synthesis and design of amino - functional and water - soluble MNPs through an easily and versatile route. The prepared nanopartieles exhibited high magnetism and relaxivity.
