| 摘 要： | 高校基建管理工作事关学校发展大局,它既不是单纯的行政工作,也不是单纯的技术和经济工作,是相关政策、法规、制度、技术和管理的有机统一体系。基建管理是一项实践性相当强的工作,特别是在管理和协调能力上要求较高。文章作者结合10年来工作实践经验,从高校基建队伍建设、优化设计、招标工作、管理监理、控制造价、合同管理、结（决）算工作等环节做出有益思考。
