| 摘 要： | 福建三钢炼钢厂通过实施保护浇注、优化二冷配水、钙处理、结晶器液面自动控制等技术，加强工艺设备管理．有效地解决了实际生产中出现的连铸坯脱方、表面凹陷、弯曲等缺陷，提高了连铸坯质量，取得了较好的效果。

| Abstract: | Steelmaking Plant of Fujian Sangan Co., Ltd implements processes of the protective casting, optimized secondary cooling water proportioning, Ca WF treatment and liquid surface auto control of mould in recent years. Process and equipment management and quality of the CC billet are improved and problems, such as the poor shape of the billet, surface depression and bending are solved and good results are obtained. |
