基于无线通信的红外热成像在线监测系统

铝厂在电解铝时,要求对铝溶液的温度进行实时监测,保证及时出铝来节约能源,另外由于回转窑长时间使用,部分窑壁会变薄,其表面温度会发生变化,常此以往会造成设备运行安全隐患;为解决铝厂的能源节约问题和生产安全隐患问题,应用红外热像仪对设备进行红外图像和CCD视频数据的采集,来监测设备的实时温度和运行状况,并通过无线和光纤进行数据传输,这样既满足了要求,又免去了布线问题和现场强电磁干扰问题;通过测试和现场应用,该系统能够满足铝厂的需求。
