摘    要:根据负荷和无功电压控制装置的特点,通过引入小容量调压式动态无功补偿装置将变/配电系统的无功电压控制分为两级控制,一级控制针对负荷的较大变化,以集中优化为手段控制电容器组的投切;二级控制以就地分布控制为原则,按九域图模式控制变压器分接头及无功补偿装置的可调容量部分,即可实现变/配电系统的无功电压集中-分布协调控制,力求达到控制效果和效率的最优化.实例分析结果表明,本方法为变/配电系统无功电压控制的有效方式.
