摘    要:通过对会理白草选厂选钛原矿(选铁总尾矿)的全粒级重选,粗,细分级重选,重选中矿再磨浮等多个流程的选钛试验研究,提出了回收选铁矿的合理生产工艺及流程,为白草选钛厂存在的钛精矿产量低,含铁量高,中矿量大,金属回收率低等诸多问题找到根本的解决方案。

Study on Optimization Test of Mineral Processing Technology for Titanium at Baicao Titamium Concentrator
Abstract:Based on the results of experimental research for all size gravity separation of feed(total tailings of beneficiated iron),sized gravity separation of individual coarse and fine sizes,and gravity separation middilings regrinding flotation,a rational production technology and flowsheet for recovering ilmenite from tailings of beneficiated iron was proposed.The essential solving program for low output and high iron content of titanium concentrate,a large amount of minllings and low recovery of metals has been found.
