摘    要:在南方电网首次大规模开展了以同相比较法为原理的电容型设备带电测试。为此,介绍了同相比较法带电测试技术的基本原理及在广州电网的应用情况。利用同相比较法对电流互感器(TA)、电容式电压互感器(CVT)、耦合电容器(OY)、套管等电容型设备进行了带电测试并得到了大量测试数据。对电容型设备同相比较法带电测试数据的"真实性"和"有效性"及可能造成误差原因进行了分析,得到了一些有益结论,为全面推广电容型设备带电测试和利用带电测试延长电容型设备停电预防性试验周期作了技术铺垫。

Abstract:Aiming at the large-scale live testing on capacitance equipment carried out for the first time in China Southern Power Grid on the principle of same-phase comparison,this paper describes the fundamentals of the technique and its application in Guangzhou power grid.By use of the same-phase comparison method,live tests have been made on such capacitance equipment as current transformers,capacitor voltage transformers(CVT),coupling condensers and bushings with a mass of data obtained.The validity of the test data are analyzed along with possible influential factors.The beneficial conclusion facilitates the overall promotion of live testing on capacitance equipment and the prolongation of its power-off preventive test interval with the help of live testing.
