ABS工程塑料管爆破压力的测试

本文设计、制造了塑料管常温及高温水压爆破测试,装运地ABS管进行了不同温度下的水压爆破试验，得到了ABS管的爆破压力，数据经分析处理后，绘制出ABS工作压力与温度的设计曲线，该曲线可应用于设计，也可以为我国制订ABS管和管件标准提供依据。

Bursting Pressure Test of ABS Engineering Plastics Pipe

s Hydraulic pressure bursting test device for plastics pipe at normal atmospheric or high temperature was designed and made,bursting test for ABS pipe at different temperature was conducted,and the bursting pressure for ABS pipe was obtained.Curves of pressure vs temperature were drawn by means of anlysis of the test data,which was useful for engineering design and helpful to work out Chinese standard for ABS pipe.
