超高层低位顶升钢平台模架体系液压控制系统设计

摘    要:随着现代建筑业的飞速发展,液压爬模体系因具备自爬能力,具有效率高、经济性好等诸多优点,在超高层建筑施工顶升设备中占据主导地位。其中,钢平台模架体系顶升液压系统又是设备关键部分。针对模架体系体积大、质量大、惯性大的特点,设计顶升液压系统时采用电液比例技术和PID控制技术的有机结合,有效保证了整个系统的可靠性和安全性。

Hydraulic Control System Design for Super High rise Building Low Lifting Steel Platform Formwork System
Abstract:With the rapid development of modern construction industry, hydraulic climbing formwork system has many advantages, such as high efficiency, good economy and so on, which occupies the leading position in construction of super high-rise building. Among them, the steel platform formwork system lifting hydraulic system is the key part of the equipment. Due to the large volume, large weight, large inertia of the formwork system, electro hydraulic proportional technology and PID control technology were adopted in the top lift hydraulic system design.The reliability and safety of the whole system are ensured effectively.
