高压电制热储热装置穿墙套管高温绝缘结构设计

摘    要:提升高压电制热储热装置的电压等级能有效提高其风能消纳能力,为了实现高压电制热储热装置内穿墙套管耐温和绝缘水平的提升,以电压为66 kV,炉温为800 ℃的电制热储热装置的穿墙套管设计为例,研究了套管高温绝缘、外隔热及阻热环等关键技术的设计方法.针对穿墙套管的绝缘和隔热方式,分析了电制热储热装置穿墙套管设计计算方法的特点.加温加压实验测试结果表明,耐高温穿墙套管设计方法合理,对电制热储热装置电压等级的提升具有指导意义.

Abstract:Increasing the voltage level of high-voltage electric heating storage device can effectively improve its wind energy absorption capacity. In order to improve the heat resistance and insulation level of wall bushing for high-voltage electric heating storage device, a wall bushing design for electric heating storage device at the voltage of 66 kV and the furnace temperature of 800 ℃ was taken as example, and design methods for key technologies, e.g. high temperature insulation, external heat insulation and heat blocking rings, were investigated. According to the electrical and thermal insulation modes of wall bushing, the design calculation method for wall bushing of electric heating storage device was analyzed. Loading test results of heat and pressure show that the as-proposed design method of wall bushing with high temperature resistance is rational, and has guiding significance to the improvement of voltage level of electric heating storage device.
