摘    要:以锋利度及寿命为指标,通过单因素试验,考察了烧结温度、保温时间、金刚石浓度、粒度对ф112 mm锯片性能的影响。结果表明:影响锯片性能的因素从大到小依次为:烧结温度、金刚石粒度、金刚石浓度、保温时间;当烧结温度为930℃,金刚石粒度为35/40,金刚石浓度为12%,保温时间为60 min时,ф112 mm锯片的性能最优。

Abstract:Using sharpness and service life as indexes, the influences of sintering temperature, holding time, diamond concentration, diamond grit size on the performance of ф112 mm saws were investigated by single-factor experiment.The results show that the influence factors from large to little by turn are sintering temperature, diamond grit size, diamond concentration, holding time. The optimum conditions for the properties of ф112 mm saws are obtained as follows:sintering temperature 930℃, diamond grit size 35/40, diamond concentration 12%, holding time 60 min.
