基于自适应阈值滤波的三维ECT重建算法

摘    要:针对三维ECT迭代重建时,重建图像中含有大量伪迹且重建迭代次数多的问题,提出一种基于自适应阈值滤波的三维ECT重建算法.该算法融合Landweber迭代算法和模糊阈值滤波技术,在算法迭代过程中采用阈值滤波方式对三维ECT重建图像进行强化伪迹抑制.利用当前图像模糊度量最小属性确定阈值大小,给出了模糊阈值计算公式,并进行了三维图像重建的仿真和实验研究.结果表明,自适应阈值滤波方式能够显著减少重建图像中的伪迹和重建时间,所提算法具有良好的应用潜力.

Abstract:Aiming at the problem of reconstruction image containing a large number of artifacts and requiring many reconstruction iterations during 3D ECT iteration reconstruction, a 3D ECT reconstruction algorithm based on adaptive threshold filtering was proposed. The Landweber iterative algorithm and fuzzy threshold filtering technology were combined in the as-proposed algorithm, and a threshold filtering mode was adopted in the iterative process with the as-proposed algorithm to strengthen the artifact suppression of 3D ECT reconstructed image. The threshold value was determined by using the minimum attribute of current image fuzzy metric. A calculation formula for fuzzy threshold was given, and the simulation and experimental research of 3D image reconstruction were carried out. The results show that the adaptive threshold filtering mode can significantly reduce reconstruction image artifacts and reconstruction time, and the as-proposed algorithm has a favourable potential for application.
