摘    要:为了减少弃风弃光等问题并提高能源利用率,提出了一种基于实数量子算法的电热联合系统双层优化模型.利用电力市场中动态电价方式,根据风电日前预测值和电/热负荷预测值,通过电价补偿引导热电联产系统和热泵的行为.采用KKT条件将双层模型转化成单层问题后,提出了一种基于实数量子算法的求解方式,并以6节点电力系统和8节点热力联合系统进行仿真分析.仿真结果表明,所提出方法能有效减少弃风,同时提高电力系统的收益.

Abstract:In order to reduce the wind power and solar energy curtailment and to improve the energy utilization rate, a bi-level optimization model for integrated power and heating system based on realcoding quantum algorithm was proposed. Through adopting the dynamic electricity price mode as well as according to the forecasted day-ahead wind power values and the forecasted electrical and heat loading values, the behaviors of integrated power and heating system and heat pumps were guided by the electricity price compensation. The bi-level model was converted into a single level propblem by using KKT conditions, and a solution mode based on the realcoding quantum algorithm was proposed. In addition, the simulation analysis was conducted for the integrated system composed of six-node power system and eight-node heating system. The simulation results show that the as-proposed model can effectively reduce wind power curtailment and increase the profit of power system.
