摘    要:用正交试验法研究了热处理工艺对我们新研制的12Cr2WMoVNbNB钢强度和塑性的影响,分析了正火温度和回火温度与强度、塑性之间关系的变化规律。结果表明,回火温度是影响该钢强度和塑性的首要工艺因素,经适当正火回火热处理获得回火板条马氏体与块状铁素体聚合型双相组织的该钢,具有很高的强度和优良的塑性。文中还推荐了该钢适宜的热处理工艺参量。

Abstract:In this paper, the influence of heat treatment technical parameters, especially the normalizing temperature and the tempering temperature, on the strength and plasticity of 12Cr2WMoVNbNB steel has been studied. The results show that the tempering temperature is the first factor that has a dramatic effect on its strength and plasticity, and with the appropriate heat treatment the biphase structure consisting of the tempering lath martensite and the blocky ferrite, which possesses high strength and fine plasticity, has been obtained. In this paper,proper heat treatment technical parameters of 12Cr2WmoVNbNB steel is recommended.
