摘    要:利用ANSYS中的三维层单元模拟轮胎复合材料,建立了7.00-16 14PR斜交轮胎三维有限元模型。分析比较了有无胎圈-轮辋接触的2种情况下轮胎有限元计算结果及对轮胎层间剪应力的影响,考察了胎圈-轮辋接触时层间剪应力在不同充气压力下的变化规律。结果表明,随着气压的增大,帘布层层间剪应力变大,但分布趋势基本相同;胎圈-轮辋接触后的帘布反包处层间剪应力变化相对平缓,在反包端点处层间剪应力最大。

Abstract:A three-dimension finite element model of bias tire(7.00-16 14PR) was established by using 3-D layer element of ANSYS software.The calculated results of tire finite element and the influence on inter-laminar shear stress with and without bead-rim contact was analyzed and compared.The change of inter-laminar shear stress with bead-rim contact was researched under the different air pressure.The results show that the inter-laminar shear stress is enhanced with the increasing air pressure whereas the distribution trend is basically alike.The inter-laminar shear stress of the turn-ups with bead-rim contact changes gently and reaches the peak at the endpoints of the turn-ups.
