摘    要:介绍金隆铜业一号阳极炉、三号阳极炉分别应用稀氧燃烧技术(DOC)和重油乳化技术,以提升其燃料燃烧效率,减少废气排放;并在一号阳极炉成功应用透气砖技术,增强熔体搅拌力度,改善氧化还原反应动力学条件,提升阳极炉冶炼反应速率,以达到低碳节能高效。

Abstract:The technology is applied to 1#RF and 3 #RF, which includes dilute oxygen combustion (DOC) and heavy oil emulsi- fication respectively. These improve the fuel combustion efficiency and reduce exhaust emissions. The vent brick technology successfully enhances the melt mixing strength and improves the REDOX reaction dynamics condition and anode furnace smelting reaction rate. Finally, these achieve clean, low carbon energy and saving efficiency.
