| 摘 要： | 2011年年修前,贵溪冶炼厂一系统闪速炉炉体部分区域损耗严重。为了保质保量完成生产任务,贵溪冶炼厂针对一系统闪速炉炉体薄弱环节制定了相应的改造方案,并在2011年年修期间实施。改造后,闪速炉炉况整体明显好转且较稳定,达到了预期效果。

| Abstract: | Before 2011 annual overhaul, the No. 1 Flash Furnace body of Guixi Smelter has serious loss. In order to complete the production tasks under quality and quantity assured, engineering and technical personnel established corresponding improvement plan for the No. 1 Flash Furnace body weak part, and carry it out during the period of 2011 annual overhaul of Guixi Smelter. After the transformation, the whole of the flash furnace condition was improved obviously and more stable, the desired effect had been reached. |
