| 摘 要： | 水利建设对国民经济发展具有较大的拉动作用．对温州市水利建设投资与温州市GDP和温州市基建投资关系进行分析，并运用改进的柯布-道格拉斯生产函数，计算出珊溪水利枢纽建设对温州市经济的拉动效应．研究表明，珊溪水利枢纽建设持续的、高强度的投入对温州市经济发展产生了重要影响，1996—2002年累计拉动GDP143亿元．

| Abstract: | The water conservancy construction has an important driving effect on national economic growth. The relationship between the investment in water conservancy and GDP in Wenzhou is analyzed in the paper; and the benefit promotion driven by the Construction of Shanxi Water Conservancy Project is also calculated by applying improved Cobb-Douglas production function. The results indicate that the continuous input with high-intensity has produced important effect on Wenzhou＇ s economy by pulling GDP 143 billion totally from 1996 to 2002. |
