一种新型堵水固砂剂的实验研究

摘    要:针对疏松砂岩高含水的现状,并根据高分子化合物ST胶的特性作室内实验研究.实验主要测定了ST胶的堵水能力、堵油能力以及破裂压力等主要特性.结果表明,ST胶的堵水率可达到90%左右,ST胶水膨体的破裂压力已超过23 MPa,堵水、固砂效果良好.

Abstract:This paper makes an experimental study in respect to the high water content in loose sandstones and the characteristics of ST glue, a macromolecular compound. The objects of experiment include the water and oil-blocking capabilities, the fracture pressure and other parameters. Results show that the water and oil-blocking capabilities of sandstones consolidated by ST glue are quite good with the water-blocking rate of more swelling body higher than 23 MPa. than 90% and the fracture pressure of water
