莱钢3200m^3高炉降低燃料比的操作实践

摘    要:针对开炉后炉顶煤气温度高、频繁打水降温、燃料比高、渣铁排放不稳定、焦炭热强度偏低等问题,采取调整布料制度、优化煤气流分布、稳定和改善原燃料质量及炮泥质量等措施,燃料比从543kg/t下降到498kg/t,生铁日产量提升约800t,炉况稳定顺行。

Abstract:In view of high top gas temperature,continually spraying water to reduce the temperature,high fuel ratio,fluctuant discharge of slag iron and low coke thermal strength after blowing-in,some measures were taken,that is,adjusting the burden distribution system,optimizing the gas distributing,stabilizing and improving the quality of raw material,fuel and tapping hole clay.Then the fuel ratio decreased from 543 kg/t to 498 kg/t,daily pig iron output increased about 800 t and the furnace condition smoothly operated.KKeeyy words:blast furnace;fuel ratio;burden distribution system
