摘    要:生物絮凝剂(MBD是一种天然高分子絮凝剂,具有无毒、安全、高效、可生物降解、无二次污染等特点。本文综述了微生物絮凝剂国内外研究现状和应用进展;阐述了微生物絮凝剂的结构、化学组成、特点和种类;分析了微生物絮凝剂的絮凝作用机理、特性及影响其絮凝性能的因素;列举了目前微生物絮凝剂应用和存在的问题;探讨了研发微生物絮凝剂的关键所在;展望了生物絮凝剂今后的发展趋势和研究方向。

Abstract:Microbial flocculant was a kind of natural macro-molecular flocculants.It had the properties of innocuity, high removal efficiency, biodegradation, without second-polluting, etc.In this paper, a review on the microbial flocculant's study and its application is presented. The types, chemical composition, character and structure were summarized. The flocculating mechanism and influencing factors are analyzed. Their application and problems were listed, and the crux of the microbial flocculant's research was pointed out. Its development and future researches were previewed in this paper.
