TiC增强复合材料在不同条件下的磨损行为

摘    要:研究了TiC/NiCrMoAlTi金属陶瓷、TiC/NiMo金属陶瓷和钢结TiC硬质合金的磨损行为,结果表明:在平稳加载条件下,金属陶瓷的耐磨性优于钢结TiC硬质合金;而在冲击载荷条件下,钢结硬质合金的室温耐磨性优于金属陶瓷,但在高温下金属陶瓷的耐磨性又转为优于钢结硬质合金,与室温相比TiC/NiCrMoAlTi和TiC/NiMo的耐磨性分别提高31%和79%,而钢结TiC硬质合金则下降52%.初步分析了不同粘结相的TiC增强复合材料的磨损机制以及加载率和温度对磨损行为的影响.TiC增强复合材料的磨损行为与其使役条件密切相关.

Abstract:Wear behaviors of TiC/NiCrMoAlTi cermets, TiC/NiMo cermets and steel-bonded TiC had been investigated. The results showed that under the condition of steady loading, the wear resistance of TiC/NiCrMoAlTi and TiC/NiMo was better than that of steel-bonded TiC, under the condition of impact loading, the wear resistance of cermets was much worse than that of the latter. In the high temperature single pendulum scratch test, the wear resistance of cermets got better, comparing with room temperature, the wear resistance of TiC/NiCrMoAlTi and TiC/NiMo had an improvement of 31% and 79% respectively, but that of Steel-bonded TiC had a fall of 52%. The wear mechanism of TiC reinforced composites with various adhesive matrixes as well as the influence of loading rate and temperature has been discussed. The wear behavior of TiC reinforced composites is close relation to its service condition.
