摘    要:随着临兴中区块致密气勘探开发节奏的加快,钻完井过程中的井壁坍塌、掉块、产能低等储层伤害问题逐渐凸显,影响了致密气开发效益。对临兴中区块储层物性进行了分析,对储层敏感性进行了评价,确定了致密气储层主要的损害因素为水锁损害、应力敏感损害、固相堵塞损害、粘土矿物及潜在敏感性损害、与地层流体不配伍伤害。在此基础上,对钻井液和完井液开展了研究,研制了强封堵聚合物钻井液体系和新型防水锁剂,现场应用表明,可以有效实现储层保护的效果。

CHARACTERISTICS AND PROTECTION OF TIGHT GAS RESERVOIR IN LINXINGZHONG BLOCK,ORDOS BASIN

Abstract:With the speeding up of tight gas exploration and development in linxingzhong block,the problems of wellbore col?lapse,block falling,low productivity and reservoir damage in the process of drilling and completion are gradually prominent,which affect the tight gas development benefits.The physical properties of linxingzhong block reservoir are analyzed,the sensi?tivity of reservoir is evaluated,and the main damage factors of tight gas reservoir are determined as water lock damage,stress sensitive damage,solid plugging damage,clay minerals and potential sensitivity damage,incompatibility with formation fluid damage.On this basis,the drilling fluid and completion fluid were studied,and a strong plugging polymer drilling fluid system and a new type of waterproof locking agent were developed.The field application shows that the reservoir protection effect can be effectively realized.
