摘    要:随着社会经济的快速发展,环保问题越来越成为社会关注的焦点,为最大限度减轻钻井液对环境的不利影响,实施源头污染控制,根据酯化反应原理,通过具有特殊结构的多羟基醇(聚丙二醇、十二~十四混合醇、正辛醇等)与长链脂肪酸(油酸)在一定条件下(碱性环境、高温)通过酯化反应制得环保润滑剂合成酯,并且研究了合成酯的环保性能、润滑性、抗...

RESEARCH ON SYNTHETIC ESTER OF ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION LUBRICANT FOR DRILLING FLUID AND ITS APPLICATION

Abstract:With the rapid development of social economy,Environmental protection has become the focus of social concern,In order to minimize the adverse impact of drilling fluid on the environment,Implement source pollution control,According to the principle of esterification reaction,The synthetic ester of environmental protection lubricant was prepared by esterification of polyhydroxy alcohol with special structure(polypropylene glycol,dodecyl~tetradecyl alcohol,n-octanol,etc.)and longchain fatty acid(oleic acid)under certain conditions(alkaline environment,high temperature),The environmental protection performance,lubricity,temperature and salt resistance and drilling fluid compatibility of the synthetic ester were studied,It has been applied in the field,The results show that,Environmental protection lubricant synthetic ester is a kind of low color(light brown),non-toxic,no heavy metal toxic elements,and has good biodegradability,It has good high temperature(180℃),Salt resistant lubrication effect,It is superior to similar products in the same dosage,Compared with the current similar prod?ucts,it has a higher lubricating effect at a lower dosage;It is suitable for all kinds of water-based drilling fluids,It can be well compatible with other treatment agents,Meet the needs of drilling and geological logging on site,It is a kind of environmental protection lubricant with good application prospect.
