全钢子午胎胎面挤出形变的研究

摘    要:分析胎面挤出过程的形变,测量温度、挤出速度、强制收缩率对胎面挤出形变的影响,提高胎面尺寸的稳定性,提高胎面长度、宽度、厚度的CP、CPK值,减少胎面尺寸波动对全钢子午线轮胎均匀性、动平衡的影响,加强生产过程的工艺控制能力。

Abstract:The deformation of the tread extrusion process is analyzed.The effects of temperature,extrusion speed,and forced shrinkage on the extrusion deformation of the tread were measured.The stability of the tread dimension,and the CP and CPK values of tread length,width and thickness were improved.The impact of tread size fluctuations on the uniformity and dynamic balance of all-steel radial tires was reduced,and ultimately the process control ability of the production process was strengthened.
