| 摘 要： | 连续玄武岩纤维是绿色环保材料,是国家鼓励开发与应用的纤维材料。本文对玄武岩基本情况和连续玄武岩纤维制作等工艺的介绍,根据连续玄武岩纤维的特点,列举出玄武岩纤维长纤增强LFT、玄武岩直接无捻粗纱增强纤维和玄武岩纤维SMC无捻粗纱增强纤维的应用特点和情况,并对连续玄武岩纤维复合材料作了展望,期待有更大的应用范围。

| Abstract: | Continuous basalt fiber is a green environmental protection material,which is encouraged by the state to develop and apply.In this paper,the basic situation of basalt and the production process of continuous basalt fiber are introduced.According to the characteristics of continuous basalt fiber,the application characteristics and situation of basalt fiber long fiber reinforced LFT,basalt direct roving reinforced fiber and basalt fiber SMC roving reinforced fiber are listed.The prospect of continuous basalt fiber composites is made,and the greater applied range is expected. |
