Abstract:Disposable nitrile gloves are medical consumables,they are more and more popular in the market because of their low allergy,good solvent resistance and wearable comfort.Taking the crosslinking density as the main evaluation index,the effects of ZDBC(BZ)and ZDC(EZ)on the crosslinking density of vulcanizates were studied.The effects of curing temperature and curing time on the crosslinking density were discussed.The results showed that the crosslinking density of vulcanizate could be increased and the curing efficiency could be improved by increasing the amount of accelerator and mixing accelerator under the same curing process;The crosslinking density was directly proportional to the curing temperature and curing time of nitrile gloves.This study had guiding significance for the production of high quality disposable nitrile gloves.
