新疆油田呼探1井随钻扩眼钻具组合优选与实践

摘    要:准噶尔盆地南缘深探井属于山前构造,地层倾角大、油层埋深深,普遍采用五开非标井身结构设计。在四开井段的随钻扩眼施工时,需考虑钻具组合的防斜性能。采用纵横弯曲法对随钻扩眼钻具组合力学分析模型进行求解,以钻头侧向力和钻头转角为指标评价变井斜率大小。理论分析表明:双心钻头配合钟摆钻具组合能够在随钻扩眼中起到防斜打快效果,随着扶正器距钻头距离的增加、扶正器外径的增加,降斜效果越好;钻压越大,钻具组合由降斜趋势向增斜趋势转化。南缘呼探1井随钻扩眼钻具组合的成功应用,为后续深井随钻扩眼提供了积极借鉴作用。

HUTAN WELL 1 BOTTOM-HOLE ASSEMBLY OPTIMIZATION AND PRACTICE IN XINJIANG OILFIELD

Abstract:Ultra-deep wells in southern margin of Junggar Basin belong to sub-mountain region,with a large formation dip an?gle and reservoir depth,and unconventional wellbore structure designs are generally adopted.During the reaming while drill?ing(RWD)in 4rd drilling program,the packed bottom hole assembly needs to be considered.In this paper,the vertical and hor?izontal bending method is used to solve the mechanical model of the RWD.At the same time,bit lateral force and bit angle are used as indicators to evaluate anti-inclination ability.Theoretical analysis shows that the combination of the double-core drill bit and pendulum drilling assembly can play the role of anti-inclination effect.With the increase of the distance between the centralizer and the drill bit,the outer diameter of the centralizer or the decrease of WOB,the effect of anti-inclination turns better.The successful application of the RWD drilling assembly in Hutan well 1 provides a positive reference for the subse?quent RWD in deep wells.
