工艺阶段生产周期计算方法刍议

本文通过对现有《工业企业生产管理》教材＾〔１～６〕中关于用分析计算法确定产品（零件）各工艺阶段生产周期的几种方法加以研究，认为这几种方法是值得商榷的，因此提出一种既符合生产周期定义本身又不脱离实际的计算方法，以供参考。
