中山市城市总体空间形态整合刍议

中山市的进一步发展,面临市域层面功能、空间、资源、环境等方面的协调问题.中山市城市功能及空间整合的基本思路有三条:其一,寻求外部依托,重视城市经济腾飞的外部动力,形成交通流通便捷的开敞城市空间形态;其二,保持良好的生态环境,合理配置土地资源,为城市发展寻求更集约、更理性的空间资源配置途径;其三,强化城市管理、服务功能,协调利益分配,推动城市结构优化,重视比较职能优势,培育和扶持支柱产业,形成竞争优势.按照这些基本思路,可将中山市城市空间整合成"四组团,二绿核,三生态廊道"的组团式城市空间结构.

Discussion on the Integration of the Overall Spatial Configuration in Zhongshan

Further development of Zhongshan is faced with the problem of coordination among the function,space,resource and environment at city level.There are three basic ideas for improvement of urban functions and space in Zhongshan.The first is to look for exterior support,attach impor-tance to the exterior impetus for economic leap for-ward and form an open urban spatial configuration with convenient traffic flow.The second is to main-tain a good ecological environment,properly allot land resources,and look for a more intensive and more rational way of allotment of spatial resources for urban development.The third is to strengthen the urban management and service function,coor-dinate the appropriation of surplus,promote the optimization of urban structure,attach importance to comparative functional advantage,foster andsupport the pillar industry so as to form a competi tive advantage.Based on the above basic ideas the urban space of Zhongshan can be integrated into a clustered urban spatial structure of "fou clusters,two green cores and three ecologica corridors".
