基于PID的电热水壶温度系统的设计与实现

摘    要:恒温控制技术在现代工农业生产领域和日常生活中已广泛应用,恒温控制得好坏直接影响着工业的安全生产、效率和质量。利用数字PID 算法在电热恒温水壶中的应用,实现了对电热水壶进行恒温控制。由于水温检测具有局部性,加热中的水温度不均匀,模拟控制中检测环节误差较大,而用数字PID 系统能实现智能化检测分析控制,硬件相对简单很多。

Abstract:The constant temperature control technology has been widely used in modern industrial and agricultural production and daily life applications, constant temperature control directly affects the safety, efficiency and quality of industry. Application of the digital PID algorithm in temperature in kettle, realizes the temperature control of electric heating kettle. Because the water temperature detection is local, heating water temperature is not uniform, large detection error in analog control, and the use of digital PID system can realize the intelligent detection and analysis of control, the hardware is relatively simple lot.
