| 摘 要： | 随着信息技术的发展面对竞争日益激烈的市场环境，连锁餐饮业要想从中脱颖而出，关键在于对各系统中的大量数据资源的有效利用，从数据中获取知识，帮助企业增加利润和市场份额。商业智能在连锁餐饮业的应用是市场发展的要求，也是企业信息化发展到一定程度的必然结果。商业智能系统是计算机技术中的数据处理、数据仓库、在线分析处理和数据挖掘等技术在商业决策支持中的应用。

| Abstract: | Under the increasingly competitive market environment, in order to succeed, chain catering industry must take advantage of a large number of data resource in the system, and acquire knowledge from data,help companies increase profits and market share. Business Intelligence is the requirement of market development, as well as the inevitable result of enterprise information technology development. Business Intelligence （BI） System is an application of Data Processing, Data Warehouse, OLAP and Data Mining in the Business Decision Support. |
