摘    要:在携带流反应装置中研究了再燃条件下煤粉的热解特性,测量了煤粉在高温烟气环境中热解时的质量损失和煤中C、H、N等主要元素的释放份额,分析了煤种、热解温度、热解气氛和煤粉粒径等因素对煤中主要元素释放的影响。结果表明,在实验条件下,煤中H析出份额远大于C、N和煤的质量损失份额,C、N析出份额与煤的质量损失份额基本相同,随煤挥发分含量增加、热解环境温度升高和煤粉颗粒粒径减小,C、H、N释放份额增加,煤焦中H,C值下降。

Abstract:A study was conducted of the pyrolysis characteristics of pulverized coal under reburning conditions in an entrained flow reactor. Measured were the mass loss of pulverized coal during its pyrolysis in a high temperature flue gas environment and the quantitative share of release of main elements (carbon, hydrogen, nitrogen) in coal. An analysis was conducted of the influence of various factors on the release of main elements in coal. Such factors include specific ranks of coal, pyrolysis temperature, pyrolysis atmosphere and pulverized coal particle diameter, etc. The results of the analysis indicate that under the test conditions the share of hydrogen precipitated from the coal is far greater than the share of mass loss of carbon, nitrogen and coal. The share of carbon and nitrogen precipitation is basically equal to the mass loss of coal. With an increase in coal volatile content, a rise in pyrolysis environmental temperature and a decrease in pulverized coal particle diameter, the share of release of carbon, hydrogen and nitrogen will increase and H/C value in coke decrease.
