摘    要:为了解决偏W型通风工作面小煤柱的合理尺寸留设难题,通过对掘巷和采煤两个阶段的小煤柱应力分布和变形特征进行分析和研究,科学提出了煤柱的力学模型,在弹塑性极限平衡理论的基础上,运用损伤力学的相关理论推导出偏W型通风工作面小煤柱宽度的设计公式。运用该设计公式计算出段王煤矿090506偏W型通风工作面小煤柱合理宽度为13.3 m,比原设计方案小3.3 m。最后通过FLAC3D三维数值计算程序进行仿真模拟,验证了小煤柱设计公式的准确性与适用性。

Abstract:In order to solve the problem in setting up the reasonable pillar size of mining face with partial W-type ventilation, by analysis and research of small pillar at the stage of tunneling and mining, thus the mechanical model is scientifically proposed. On the basis of the elastic-plastic limit equilibrium theory, the paper puts forward design formula for mining face with partial W-type ventilation by applying correlation theory of damage mechanics. By applying this design formula, the coal pillar’s width at 090506 face in Duanwang mine is calculated, with the result of width of 13.3 m and shorten by 3.3 meters compared to the original design. The results obtained finally demonstrate that the design formula is accurate and applicable by the means of Flac3D numerical simulation to 090506 working face.
