混合式步进电动机的理论分析和设计特点

本文以对比方式叙述了混合式步进电动机与反应式、永磁式步进电动机的差异。在论述混合式步进电动机的理论基础上,提出径向气隙磁场等于轴向气隙磁场的设计原则,导出混合式步进电动机的实用静态转矩计算式,并以四相混合式步进电动机为例,给出最佳转子铁心长和静转矩的设计值和试验值。

THEORICAL ANALYSIS AND DESIGN FEATURE ON HYBRID STEPPING MOTOR

It explaines the difference of hybrid and reaction,and PM stepping motor by means of compara- tion. On the basis of discussing theory of hybrid stepping motcr, and puts forward the design principle of that radial air- gap magnetic field is equal to that of axial air-gap, to derives practical calculating formula of static torque of hybrid stepping motor.and provides rotor core length and static torque optimum design and experiment value.
