摘    要:数字化采样值传输在实际工程应用中主要有3种传输方案:基于FT3通信的IEC60044-8、IEC61850-9-1和IEC61850-9-2。从全站采样同步、可互操作性、数据共享、工程实施等方面分析了这3种通信技术的特点:基于FT3的IEC60044-8在数据同步方面具有优势,在互操作性、数据共享方面存在不足;IEC61850-9-1、IEC61850-9-2在数据同步方面有一定的局限性,但具有数据共享方面的优势;IEC61850-9-1在编、解码方面更有效率,但在工程配置上缺乏灵活性;IEC61850-9-2在模型映射、工程实施方面更具优势,而且能传输更多的采样通道状态信息,更好地体现了IEC61850的一致性。

Abstract:There are mainly 3 schemes for digital sampled value transmission in practical engineering application: FT3-based IEC 60044-8, IEC 61850-9-1 and IEC 61850-9-2. This paper analyses the characteristics of the three communication techniques in terms of global sampling synchronization, interoperability, data communion, and engineering implementation, etc. It is indicated that FT3-based IEC 60044-8 is advantageous in data synchronization but deficient in interoperability and data sharing; IEC 61850-%1 and IEC 61850-9-2 have certain limitations in data synchronization but superior in data sharing; IEC 61850-9-1 is more efficient in coding and decoding but inflexible in engineering configuration; IEC 61850-9-2 is better in model mapping and engineering implementation, and can transfer more state information of sampling channel, thus better reflecting the consistency of IEC 61850.
