压缩机转子与运动件碰撞的振动特征简析

引起大机组转子振动异常的因素很多,本文以泸天化股份有限公司尿素装置二氧化碳压缩机高压缸转子振动异常的故障为例,通过对其症兆信号与常见故障特征信号的分析比较,提出转子与运动件碰撞引起振动异常的一些特点,期望以此对大机组类似故障的诊断有所裨益.

ON VIBRATION CHARACTERISTICS OF COLLISIONS BETWEEN COMPRESSOR ROTOR AND MOVING PARTS

Various factors contribute to the abnormal vibration of the rotors of large compressor bundle. In this paper, the failure of abnormal vibration of CO2 compressor HP casing rotor in Lutianhua urea plant was taken as example and the study and comparisons between the symptoms with the familiar failure characteristics were made, and finally some characteristics for the abnormal vibration resulted from the collision between the rotor and the moving parts were proposed in expectation of helping diagnosis on the similar failures in large compressor bundle.
