| 摘 要： | 随着人类基因组计划的完成,涌现了大量旨在从生物数据中分析和挖掘有关知识的生物信息软件,对这些软件进行Web发布以提供共享服务也就变得日益重要.采用B/S模式、模板技术以及Java相关技术,设计和实现了一个生物信息软件Web自动发布系统(简称BSWAP),它能方便地将本地软件发布到Internet,提供软件的在线计算、实时下载等服务.该系统已应用于人类遗传基因信息数据整合及共享信息平台(简称HGRP).

| Abstract: | There is an increasing number of bioinformatics software,which are analyzing and mining relevant knowledge from the bio-logical data,with the completion of the human genome project.Publishing bioinformatics software to provide shared services on web is more and more important.A bioinformatics software web auto-published system is designed and implemented based on(BSWAP)browser/server mode,template technology and the related technologies of Java,it is applied to the project of ministry of education of China,titled "human genetic data integrating and information sharing platform" effectively. |
