预混合饲料用载体的研究与选择

摘    要:本文利用混合试验及分级试验研究了玉米粉、脱脂米糠、玉米淀粉下脚、提取过肌醇的米糠及混合载体的特性.结果表明,脱脂米糠、提取过肌醇的米糠及米糠与稻壳的复合物的混合性能较好,振动分级和下落分级后的变异系数较小,是预混合饲料良好载体;而玉米粉等振动分级及下落分级均较严重,不宜作预混合饲料的载体.

Abstract:The characteristics of corn powder, defatted rice bran, corn byproduct,de-innositol rice bran were studied in the paper. The result showed that the defatted rice bran, de-inositol rice bran and mixer of rice bran and hull proved to mix well and the variatio coefficient of their segregation of vibrating and falling was relatively small, therefore, being the choice carrier for the premix. The segregation of vibrating and fallingof corn powder, however, was too great to be improperly used as the carrier in the premix.
