基于ANSYS的质量质心测量装置定位结构优化设计

摘    要:针对某质量质心测量装置的定位结构设计,利用ANSYS软件的APDL参数化有限元分析技术,对定位结构进行参数化建模与分析,获得了优化的截面和尺寸,使结构在刚度满足要求的情况下,重量大幅度下降。

Abstract:Aiming at quality barycentric measurement equipment locating structural design,with the finite element analysis technology APDL parameterized by ANSYS software,the locating structure was parameterized model building and analyzed,the optimized cross and size was obtained,which made the weight reduced largely at the condition of structure satisfied requirement.
