| 摘 要： | 主要讨论了当入射光斜入射光栅表面时的光栅衍射公式。分析光在不同入射方向下的光栅公式的具体表达式，认为在讨论的三种光栅公式中第二种光栅表达式易理解且计算方便。讨论了光斜入射下的衍射光光谱。当入射光斜入射光栅表面时，通过改变入射光的斜入射角度，在衍射光一侧存在着一个最小衍射光谱线位置，并分析了斜入射光下的光栅特性。

| Abstract: | The article discusses diffraction formula of ray light slant surface the light railing.and analysis formula of different ray light,and consideres that taking the second formula from three discussed formula of the light railing for calculating is easy understanding and utilizing.As slanting ray the diffraction spectrum exist least angle and research the character of the light railing. |
