| 摘 要： | 现行的工程项目评标方法,大都是在专家对评标因素打分的基础上进行的,因而具有较大的主观性,为解决这一问题,本文提出了一种基于物元理论的评标决策模型。该模型摒弃了专家对评标因素打分的传统做法,直接采用评标因素的特征量值进行优度评价,得出了投标单位的合理性排序,从而为工程评标提供决策依据。

| Abstract: | The present bidding-evaluation method of engineering project is mostly carries on the expert's decision,so has the big subjectivity,for solves this problem,this paper proposed one kind model which based on the matter-element analysis method.This model has abandoned the traditional procedure,giving the factor of the homologous measures value,establish the good evaluation model that bid the unit,bid each one the unit proceed to synthesize the evaluation reasonablely,thus provides the decision-making basis for the bidding evaluation of project. |
