美军可生物降解润滑脂研究现状

摘    要:随着社会的进步和发展,人类对环境的关切日益加强。美军可生物降解润滑脂的研究就是在这一背景下进行的。在对几种可生物降解脂的实验室测试及现场论证试验的基础上,综合考虑生物降解和摩擦学性能等因数,确定了把BLG-3——一种基础油为聚酯、双脂、聚a烯烃的混合物,复合锂稠化剂及各种添加剂组成的脂作为美军21世纪可生物降解润滑脂的候选物。该脂生物降解率高,性能与当前MIL-G-10924F规格脂相近。

Abstract:People increasingly pay dose attention to environments following the development and progress of society. Based on this die study of US military biodegradable greases began. After the laboratory and field demonstration test of some types of biodegradable greases, BLG- 3, which consisted of base oils ( composed of polyol ester, diester and polyalphaolefin) and Li - complex thichener and other additives, was chosen as a candidate for 21st century US military biodegradable greases. This grease has a good biodegradation, its performance is similar to that of MIL- G-10924F greases.
