| 摘 要： | 现行网格化城市管理基于部件平面电子地图模式,导致城市部件存在死角和盲点,且查找定位困难.现基于城市街道封闭影像信息包的理念,利用城市街景影像,配合各种照片、视频、监控探头信息,应用于城市部件管理、城市监督执法和施工监督预算、城市应急指挥与运行综合保障,大大提高了城市管理的科学性和精细化水平.
