摘    要:提出了客户参与设计的概念,叙述了在此设计过程中客户、企业与知识管理系统的关系。提出了客户参与设计的知识管理系统的对称体系结构,并分析了客户与企业在结构中的异同点。说明了系统设计、实现采用的关键技术和工具。该系统的建立,为企业大规模定制生产的组织、实施和创新做好了设计和知识准备,更好的体现了客户个性化需要。

Abstract:Let the customer participate to the design process of the mass customization production, characteristic need can be materialized at the very start. It makes the mass customization production have maneuverability. The concept of Design with Customer (DWC) was put forward. The relation of customer and enterprise and the Knowledge Management system (KMS) in the design process was described. Put forward the symmetry system structure of the KMS, and analyzed customer and enterprise in the similarities and differences in the structure. The key techniques and tools in design and realization of the system were described. That system has done the preparations of the product design and the knowledge for the organizing, implement and innovation to the mass customization production, and better materialized customer a characteristic demand.
