PSO算法在Smith-PID控制器参数整定与优化中的应用研究

摘    要:大部分工业过程的控制对象通常具有纯滞后环节,常规的Smith-PID控制很难取得预期的效果。针对传统Smith-PID控制需要精确数学模型且不适应参数变化纯滞后系统的缺陷,在继电整定的基础上,提出了用PSO算法来整定和优化Smith-PID参数,削弱了Smith-PID控制对于对象参数精确性的要求,提高了系统的鲁棒性。仿真结果表明,所提出的Smith-PID参数整定方法有较强的鲁棒性和较好动静态性能。

Abstract:Most of the controlled objects usually have the pure time delay part in the indus- trial process, so the conventional Smith-PID control is difficult to achieve the desired re- sults. For the disadvantages of the traditional Smith prediction control requiring the accurate mathematical model and being not suited to the pure time delay system which parameters are changeable, PSO algorithm is proposed for the tuning and optimization of Smith-PID pa- rameters on the basis of relay tuning to weaken the Smith prediction control requirements for the accuracy of object parameters which improve the robustness of the system. The simula- tion results show that the proposed method used in Smith-PID parameters tuning has stronger robustness and better dynamic and static performance.
