摘    要:石化企业火灾事故时有发生,考虑到影响石化企业火灾危险性因素多具有不确定性,而集对分析可以处理确定性与不确定性问题,引入集对分析,从生产、储存、运输、消防设施与安全管理五个方面探讨石化企业火灾危险性的不确定性因素.运用层次分析法确定石化企业火灾危险性评价指标的权重,将危险性评价指标集与指标标准集组成集对,讨论基于余弦函数变化的同异反联系测度确定方法,提出基于最大联系测度的多层次综合评价方法及步骤.实例表明,该方法适合在石化企业火灾危险性评价中应用.

Abstract:Fire accidents in the petrochemical enterprise often take place,Considering the uncertainty of effect factors of the fire risk,set pair analysis which deals with certainty and uncertainty is introduced,and the fire risk in the petrochemical enterprise is discussed from the process of production,storage,transportation,fire facilities and the safety management.The weights of assessment indexes are determined by AHP.Measured indicator sets of assessed samples and their standard sets are combined as set pairs,the IDO(identification difference opposition) connection degree based on the cosine is discussed,and the multi-level integrated assessment method and its steps based on the maximum connection degree are proposed.Example application shows that the method is fit for the fire risk assessment in petrochemical enterprise.
